These terms form the agreement between your organisation and Reelna FZ-LLC. By creating a workspace or generating an ad, you accept them on behalf of your organisation.
Reelna produces advertising material with AI assistance. You remain the advertiser of record and are responsible for reviewing every ad before you publish it.
These terms, together with our privacy policy and any order form, govern your use of Reelna. If your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these terms.
You are responsible for your workspace, the people you invite and the actions taken under your credentials. Keep access details secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. Roles you assign — owner, admin, creative, reviewer, client — determine what each member can do, including whether they can spend credits.
Generation consumes credits. We show the estimated credit cost before every paid action, and the Growth and Agency plans include a monthly credit allowance. Unused plan credits roll over for one month; purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active. Failed generations and failed renders are not charged.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Fees are exclusive of VAT, which is added where required. Credits already spent are non-refundable.
You keep all rights in the assets you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and adapt them solely to operate the service and produce your ads. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload, including images of people, properties, trademarks and third-party footage.
Subject to payment, you own the ads Reelna produces for you and may use them commercially, including in paid campaigns. Because generation is probabilistic, similar prompts may produce similar output for other customers, so we cannot guarantee exclusivity of any generated visual, script or voiceover.
You may not use Reelna to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. You may not impersonate a real person or brand, generate misleading claims about products, prices or investments, misrepresent property or payment terms, reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own platform without an agency agreement.
Tracks in the Reelna library are licensed for use in advertisements you create on the platform, worldwide, for the life of the ad. The licence covers the ad as rendered — you may not extract a track and use it separately, redistribute it, or register it with a content-identification service.
You are the advertiser and remain responsible for meeting platform policies and local advertising rules in every market you run in, including UAE and Saudi advertising, real-estate and consumer-protection regulations, brokerage licence disclosure, and any required disclaimers on pricing, payment plans and availability.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or retire features; where a change materially reduces core functionality on a paid plan we give reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost advertising spend. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts the platform or other customers at risk — with notice where circumstances allow. On termination you can export your projects for 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, unless a signed agreement specifies arbitration.
